Description
Summary:[EN]This document analyses the time use by the Colombians who are older than 10 years. The data comes from the Colombian Time Use Survey (ENUT) 2012-2013 and the results are obtained with the statistical analysis technics: HJ Biplot and Partial Triadic Analysis. The data is interpreted by gender, age groups, socioeconomic levels and regions. The variables analyzed are the different times registered in the Survey, such as the time spent to study or work. The household activities and the time for care the family members. The basic activities, the shuttle time, the volunteer time and the time used in leisure activities. With the multivariate analysis applied, it concludes differences in the variability and covariance of the variables between regions. In the total country and between regions, the results show different variables explain and characterize each age group and into these, the genders and socioeconomic levels aren‟t similar. The results evidences too, both statistical analysis technics are complemented.
