| Sumario: | The development and the use of technologies directed to maintenance provide more quality in the execution of services and the reduction of tasks time, resulting in more safety to those involved. Based on this context, the present article aims to present the development of a prototype of a maintenance support system. Through it, it was possible to access documents, information, and procedures remotely to help the teams in the execution of field activities and in the resolution of equipment failures. The data access was structured by means of a smartphone, with the use of QR codes applied to the equipment. The prototype development model was based on four methodological principles: communication, planning, modeling, and construction. As a result, it was possible to observe that the system was functional and capable of helping the maintenance teams in the execution of their daily activities, providing the users with access to important and necessary information for solving failures and maintaining the quality in the execution of the services. |
