Sumario:This paper investigated the contribution of the determinants of the supply of creative entrepreneurs in Ilhéus and Itabuna. Therefore, the first stage of this study was a survey of secondary data on the determinants of the supply of entrepreneurs, the light of Eclectic Entrepreneurship Theory. In the second stage of the study a collection of primary data was performed by applying a survey with 351 the creative industry related professionals. For data analysis, it was used multivariate statistics, including factor analysis and application of a structural equation model. The results of this process, pointed out the entrepreneurial characteristics that influence the propensity for creative entrepreneurship in both cities, as well as allowed to understand the profile of creative entrepreneurs of Ilhéus end Itabuna.
