Sumario:This Thesis presents a study about the life course and the infraction trajectories of adolescents and juvenile who practice infractional acts such as homicide. They were adjucated by the Juvenile justice system served socio-educational admeasurement. The approach of life course and narratives of the subjects trying to understand the factors which made them commit homicides. Analyzing their family relationship and the construction process of infractional trajectories. Consequently, rebuilt the life course of the narrators approaching relative issues from the socialization process, social control, interaction between the subjects, and criminal identity construction, motivation of the crimes practiced, inter alia. Therefore, were analyzed the narratives of six male adolescents and juveniles who served socio-educational admeasurement in Belo Horizonte between 2018 and 2019. Despite the listed life differences and interpretation that subjects made of the lived events was possible to identify similarities in the life course and factors that explain the practice of homicide. Among the regularities of the life courses was observed that family also could be an institution of transmission of moralities in the ‘world crime’. Moreover, it was noticed a relation between a lack of supervision and adherence by infractional acts. In all cases, it was observed an absence of a legal guardian during a significant part of the subject’s lives. It was also observed that almost all subjects too early began to use illegal drugs and the relationship with those who engaged in drug traffic activities likewise a work relation. The ponto de viradas of entrance in infractional trajectories for most juveniles who made them, is somehow associated to a death of some family member. Finally, the main motivations for homicide practice among juveniles who participate in the research, surpass the moral factors, the defense of honor and an ideal of masculinity.
