Thus, tools have emerged with the goal of filtering information within websites and platforms, leaving aside everything that is irrelevant and providing the user with only what is likely to interest them. These tools are called recommendation systems. In addition, the field of education has also been affected by the problem of data overload, especially in recent years with the popularization of online education, where students demand new methods of research and learning beyond the classroom. Therefore, the objective of this article is to develop a personalized recommendation system for educational resources that, based on users' interests, makes predictions and generates lists of items that match their interests. It is also hoped that this platform can help in the integration and development of intelligent university campuses. O desenvolvimento da Internet ao longo dos anos trouxe consigo um aumento massivo da quantidade de dados presente na rede, fazendo com que a busca por itens específicos se tornasse uma tarefa lenta e complexa. Dessa forma, surgem ferramentas que têm o objetivo de filtrar informações dentro de websites e plataformas deixando de lado tudo o que for irrelevante e levando ao usuário somente aquilo que provavelmente irá lhe interessar. Essas ferramentas são chamadas de sistemas de recomendação. Além disso, a área da educação também se tornou afetada pelo problema de sobrecarga de dados, principalmente nos últimos anos com a popularização da educação online onde alunos passam a demandar por novos métodos de pesquisa e aprendizado além da sala de aula. Dessa forma, neste artigo, tem-se o objetivo de desenvolver um sistema de recomendação personalizado de recursos educacionais que, baseado nos interesses dos usuários, faça previsões e gere listas de itens que vão ao encontro de seus interesses. Assim espera-se também que essa plataforma possa ajudar na integração e desenvolvimento de campus universitários inteligentes.
