Descripción
Sumario:This article considers the Supreme Court of the United States as a court in transition, and examines the changes in membership that have occurred in the past few years on the country’s high court, examining some of the more divisive issues that have been considered by the Court since these membership changes.  It is still too soon to make any definitive judgments about the future of the Supreme Court, but the new changes on the Court do seem to signal a considerable shift in the Court in favor of the conservatives.
