| Sumario: | This article discusses the appearance of the drag Samira Close on the Facebook Gaming platform. Samira Close is the name of the drag performed by Wenner Pereira, who plays games embodying as drag. The objective is to identify different forms of interaction between Samira Close and her fans, on her livestreams, specifically according to the ways which her body appears on screen. Within virtual communities, bonds are formed and interests are shared. For the article, the concepts studied were cyberculture, gamer culture and fan culture. In the community of fans of this particular player there are characteristics of proximity and a connection of individuals through interests which are strongly bounded to the aesthetics of the drag gamer Samira Close. |
