| Sumario: | Among the cities participating in the Trilhas Potiguares University Extension Program, in 2022, is Lagoa Salgada, which received the program team between July 31 and August 7, 2022. In this sense, this report of The experience analyzes the reflections built from the “lap reading” workshop, built according to the demands aimed at the area of Education, which aimed to encourage the practice of reading within schools with those responsible for the students. This experience promoted a reflection on the social role of reading and how it contributes to the initial formation of children, while allowing the trekkers to understand university extension in a non-assistance, interprofessional and interdisciplinary, in a significant importance for citizen education. |
