description The aborological study and the stimulation of physiological changes in health students. Given the scenario of working hours, there was a need to identify the existence of these rhythms of deprivation and functioning, since they can present the functioning of deprivation and the need to identify the existence of a rhythm of deprivation and functioning. Thus, the objective of the work as complications created by sleep information and how it may not work in everyday life, in the form of education and in the factor of social regulation of studies and professionals. Therefore, it is an integrative literature review, which includes articles between the years 2010 to 2021 in PubMed, Google Scholar and ScienseDirect databases. The results indicate that students in the health area have a significant tendency to suffer from a hormonal change, such as cortisol and melatonin, which are responsible for elaborating the programming of the biological clock, which influences social and growing dysfunctions. susceptibility to obesity, depression and anxiety. As a result, it is possible to establish a relationship between the change in chronobiological cycles and the prevalence of poor sleep, in order to develop health diseases.

Ante el escenario de la jornada laboral, hubo necesidad de identificar la existencia de esos ritmos de privación y funcionamiento, ya que pueden presentar el funcionamiento de privación y la necesidad de identificar la existencia de un ritmo de privación y funcionamiento. Así, el objetivo del trabajo como complicaciones creadas por la información del sueño y cómo puede no funcionar en la vida cotidiana, en la forma de educación y en el factor de regulación social de estudios y profesionales. Por tanto, se trata de una revisión bibliográfica integradora, que incluye artículos entre los años 2010 a 2021 en las bases de datos PubMed, Google Scholar y ScienseDirect. Los resultados indican que los estudiantes del área de la salud tienen una tendencia significativa a sufrir un cambio hormonal, como el cortisol y la melatonina, que son los encargados de elaborar la programación del reloj biológico, lo que influye en disfunciones sociales y de crecimiento, susceptibilidad a la obesidad, depresión. y ansiedad Como resultado, es posible establecer una relación entre el cambio de los ciclos cronobiológicos y la prevalencia del mal sueño, para desarrollar enfermedades de salud.O estudo abordou a correlação da desregulação do sono e do ritmo cronobiológico como fatores desencadeantes das alterações fisiológicas em estudantes da área da saúde. Diante do cenário de extensas cargas horárias desses indivíduos, surgiu a necessidade de identificar a presença da privação do sono e da alteração do ritmo circadiano, uma vez que podem afetar o rendimento acadêmico e contribuir para o estabelecimento de patologias físicas e mentais. Sendo assim, o objetivo do trabalho foi analisar as complicações geradas pela desregulação do sono e como esse fator pode afetar no cotidiano, na absorção de informações e no convívio social de estudantes e profissionais. Logo, trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica integrativa, na qual foram avaliados artigos entre os anos de 2010 a 2021 nas bases de dados PubMed, Google Acadêmico e ScienseDirect. Os resultados apontam que os estudantes da área da saúde, possuem uma tendência significativa a sofrerem com a alterações hormonais, como o cortisol e a melatonina, as quais são responsáveis por modificarem a ciclagem do relógio biológico, o que influencia em disfunções cognitivas e sociais, aumentando a suscetibilidade à obesidade, à depressão e à ansiedade.
