Diante do cenário de extensas cargas horárias desses indivíduos, surgiu a necessidade de identificar a presença da privação do sono e da alteração do ritmo circadiano, uma vez que podem afetar o rendimento acadêmico e contribuir para o estabelecimento de patologias físicas e mentais. Em decorrência disso, é possível estabelecer uma relação entre a mudança do ciclo cronobiológico e a prevalência do sono deficiente, de maneira a desenvolver doenças na saúde desses indivíduos.Research, Society and Development2022-09-10info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/3296510.33448/rsd-v11i12.32965Research, Society and Development; Vol. 11 No. 12; e170111232965Research, Society and Development; Vol. 11 Núm. 12; e170111232965Research, Society and Development; v. 11 n. 12; e1701112329652525-3409reponame:Research, Society and Developmentinstname:Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)instacron:UNIFEIporhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/32965/28942Copyright (c) 2022 Letícia Fernanda de Magalhães; Romildo Mingardo Neto; Sissy Mariela Salazar Ibieta; Thais Camila Alves Lessa Duran; Azize Capucho Jorge ; Antonio Rodrigues da Silva Netohttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessMagalhães, Letícia Fernanda de Mingardo Neto, Romildo Salazar Ibieta, Sissy Mariela Duran, Thais Camila Alves Lessa Jorge , Azize Capucho Silva Neto, Antonio Rodrigues da 2022-09-26T11:56:08Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/32965Revistahttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/indexPUBhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/oairsd.articles@gmail.com2525-34092525-3409opendoar:2024-01-17T09:48:46.100654Research, Society and Development - Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)false |
