A structured script was used to collect sociodemographic and epidemiological data, in addition to questions regarding satisfaction with care in the opinion of the patient. The sample consisted of 57.9% male and 42.1% female. The mean age was 21 years (±16.9). The largest number of patients who received telemonitoring were from the physical disability clinic (81.6%). A small portion of patients (2.6%) did not receive educational audiovisual material due to the lack of receiving devices such as cell phones and computers. COVID-19 (p=0.0001) and who did not receive audiovisual material (p=0.0001).
