This scenario will be based on the aforementioned artwork, in three fundamental spheres: Labor, Culture and Public Security.A partir da trama distópica da animação japonesa Psycho Pass, é possível extrair elementos da realidade política, jurídica e social brasileira. O presente trabalho, desse modo, concentra-se, sobretudo, no desenvolvimento de uma crítica direcionada ao limiar entre democracia e autoritarismo no contexto nacional, conjectura que demonstra um enfraquecimento das bases da primeira e o fortalecimento do modelo de organização e das instituições referentes ao segundo, mesmo em um Estado Democrático de Direito.
