| Resumo: | Managing teams especially using networks is creating a number of managerial challenges. If you want to manage a team and provide elements of competitiveness because it becomes an entrepreneurial team, there are even more complexities to face. The purpose of the PE paper is to summarize in a simple way leadership and entrepreneurship concepts for particular construction teams. The paper shows the characteristic elements of leadership and entrepreneurial management in work teams. With a bibliographic analysis, the elements are pointed out so that the team can be formed and evaluate their performance in relation to leadership and entrepreneurship for their work performance. |
