Sumario:This paper aimed to analyze the corporate entrepreneurial skills of the servants and of the established culture in a public University. The research is classified as quantitative, analytical and descriptive. Statistical tests and analyses were performed, considering the reliability of 95%: Chi-Square, Cronbach's alpha, ANOVA, t-test, Cluster Analysis, Kendall’s Tau (τ), and correlation. Statistical analysis showed that, in the institution researched, it did not predominate correlation between the influence of factors on the intrapreneurial culture and corporate entrepreneurial skills of professionals. The results indicated that the encouragement to innovation in the organization requires strategies focused on the development of entrepreneurial skills of the professionals, but also on the internal culture of the institution.
