Declarative and interrogative utterances produced by a male speaker from Sorocaba, a town in the countryside of the Estate of São Paulo, Brazil were analyzed. The results comprise differences between the declarative and interrogative intonational contours, the interrelation between intonation and stress patterns, acoustic analysis, tonal annotation by DaTO and the position of the f0 alignment in the stressed vowel of the last word in these utterances. The final f0 movement in the stressed syllable of the last word of the utterance as well as the f0 alignment were found to be relevant to distinguish between declarative and interrogative utterances. Este trabalho é desenvolvido no âmbito do projeto AMPER-POR (Atlas Prosódico Multimídia do Espaço Românico para o Português) que estuda a variação prosódica de amostras de fala em variedades da língua português. Foram analisados enunciados declarativos e interrogativos em amostras de fala de um falante masculino oriundo da cidade Sorocaba no interior do Estado de São Paulo, Brasil. Os resultados contemplam as diferenças entre os contornos entoacionais dos enunciados declarativos e interrogativos, a relação entre os padrões entoacionais e de acentuação, a evolução dos parâmetros acústicos ao longo dos segmentos vocálicos dos enunciados e o alinhamento do pico de f0 na última palavra desses enunciados.
