Descripción
Sumario:Considering Digital Culture as a ubiquitous characteristic in contemporary times, Scientific Dissemination (SD) has also been performed by the processes inherent to Platformization, Datafication and Algorithmic Performativity. In this way, the article aims to map the SD channel network on YouTube from Science Vlogs Brasil (SVBR), reflecting on the possible effects on the field of scientific education. Therefore, we use Digital Methods to access data via YouTube APIs. The results make it possible to visualize the relationships of a dense network, in which the most suitable are from the Exact and Natural Sciences. The analysis also points out indicators of the platform's algorithmic performativity, signaling the importance of DC interventions with a critical eye towards platformed environments.
