Sumario:With globalization and technological development, the world has experienced major transformations in the world of labour. The erosion of labour rights and the precariousness of working conditions are essential to understand the challenge in this dissertation of “labour platformization”, that is, work mediated by digital platforms, especially travel and delivery apps. In Chapter 2, I try to understand who are the workers that have been drawn by this new labour model and outline their profile. In Chapter 3, I talk about the resistance through a striker group of workers, through national and international experiences and the attempt to sabotage applications to perspectives for this type of organization. In Chapter 4, in an attempt to cover the role of the State in these dynamics, I map three bills that regulate platform work in Brazil, one with a low degree of protection for the employee, another with a medium degree of protection and, finally, one with a higher degree of protection to the platform worker. In the Chapter 5, I identify four proposals for cooperative applications, created by workers, with work objectives and carry out greater earnings shares. Finally, in the sixth and final chapter, I present Bibi Mob, the travel app for the city of Araraquara, in the interior of the state of São Paulo. In this chapter, I prepare a brief guide of good practices for the reproduction of the model in other medium-sized cities
