| Sumario: | This paper is related to a literature survey of the works of the German philosopher and sociologist Jürgen Habermas within the theme of citizenship that are the basis for an analysis of social movements and pursuit of deliberative communication in the context of virtual public space and a possible virtual public sphere. Using as a basis the three pillars of study the author's work: public sphere theory of communicative action and deliberative democracy, seeks to rescue the idea of citizenship as part of the composition of the ideas of Habermas and establish a line of their relation to an update public sphere in the XXI century. |
