| Sumario: | Objective: the article aims to present the results of a cluster analysis based on the entrepreneurial intention of graduates from a seminar offered by the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (SEBRAE). Methodology: The research has an exploratory quantitative approach with the application of 160 electronic forms. Originality / Relevance: This work contributes to the understanding of the Brazilian entrepreneurial movement, by evaluating the characteristics of groups that seek training in entrepreneurial behavior. Results: The main results point to the existence of three groups, cluster 1 is formed by people who do not have company, but which showed a strong predominance of entrepreneurial behaviors, such as taking risks, seeking opportunities and initiative. In cluster 2, these behaviors are not very evident, with a weak demonstration of demand for quality and efficiency. Cluster 3 is formed exclusively by people who already have their own business, but a not very high indication of commitment and search for opportunity. Contributions / implications: The article contributes to a better understanding of the entrepreneurial intention of people seeking training in the area and the offer of courses is better targeted. |
