With the use of PRAAT software, we segmented the vowels of each sentence and applied a script, developed by Albert Rilliard, to obtain acoustic measures for fundamental frequency (in Hz) duration (in ms) and intensity (in dB). We also measured manually the last word vowels’ formants frequency (in Hz) for each utterance. Furthermore, we checked the fundamental frequency (f0) peak alignment in relation to the vowel’s stressed syllable, as proposed by Kohler (2006). Differences were found between the affirmative and interrogative forms in terms of intonation patterns and alignment of f0’s peak concerning the  utterances’ last word stressed vowel.Este artigo é desenvolvido no âmbito do projeto AMPER (Atlas Multimédia Prosodique de l’Espace Roman) em sua vertente da língua portuguesa AMPER-POR. O objetivo é analisar enunciados declarativos e interrogativos retirados do corpus AMPER do português brasileiro, gravados por um sujeito oriundo de Guaratinguetá, município do interior do Estado de São Paulo. Com o uso do software PRAAT, fizemos a segmentação das vogais de cada frase e aplicamos um script, desenvolvido por Albert Rilliard, para a obtenção das medidas acústicas de frequência fundamental (em Hz) duração (em ms) e intensidade (em dB). Fizemos, ainda, a medição manual da frequência dos formantes (em Hz) das vogais da última palavra de cada enunciado. Também verificamos o alinhamento do pico da frequência fundamental (f0) em relação à vogal da sílaba tônican essas palavras, conforme proposta de Kohler (2006).
