The study is an experience report with a qualitative approach, through bibliographic research, approaching the case study, with the analysis instruments, excerpts from the researchers' field notes. The theoretical basis is aligned with a Freirean perspective (FREIRE, 2019), with the development of mobilizing activities of a Generation C5 (SOUZA, 2014), in the development of Creative Gamification (CAROLEI, 2018). Finally, the pedagogical strategy is detailed in its playful and creative activities as founding aspects in the innovative pedagogical practice, with the analysis of integration, collaboration and the promotion of students' skills.O presente artigo tem como objetivo geral refletir sobre as potencialidades da gamificação na aprendizagem de jovens estudantes da pedagogia com o uso do Escape Room como uma prática pedagógica inovadora. O estudo é um relato de experiência com uma abordagem qualitativa, por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, aproximando-se ao estudo de caso, com os instrumentos de análise, recortes das notas de campo dos pesquisadores. A base teórica alinha-se numa perspectiva Freiriana (FREIRE, 2019), com o desenvolvimento de atividades mobilizadoras de uma Geração C5 (SOUZA, 2014), no desenvolvimento da Gamificação Criativa (CAROLEI, 2018).Por fim, a estratégia pedagógica é detalhada em suas atividades lúdicas e criativas como aspectos fundantes da prática pedagógica inovadora, com a análise da integração, da colaboração e da promoção das habilidades dos educandos.
