Descripción
Sumario:The appointment of judges of constitutional courts has been one of the most sensitive aspects of its creation. The reason for this is that the political forces are aware of the powers that have these courts in solving important social problems, and want to have some influence on them, projecting that purpose since the integration processes and renewal of judges. This paper presents a study on the model of composition and appointment of the Constitutional Court of Italy, which could be useful for the reflection of those adopted in other constitutional experiences.
